General Terms and Conditions

Bets and winnings are accepted and calculated according to the bookmaker’s rules. The company may cancel bets, recalculate winnings, and resolve disputes according to its internal rules. • Bets on known outcomes, postponed events, or suspected fraud will be canceled.

This policy specifies the types of bets available, including single and multiple bets.

This section thoroughly describes the limitations that may apply when including certain outcomes in bets:

• Only one dependent outcome can be included in multiple bets. If several dependent outcomes are included, events with the lowest odds are excluded from the bet;
• “Dependent outcomes” are those where the result of one part of the bet affects the result of the other part;
• Bets such as “Team will score a penalty Yes/No” lose if no penalty is awarded;
• Bets on “How will the goal be scored” or “Next goal” lose if the corresponding goal is not scored.

Live bets are accepted on main and additional outcomes. You can place single Live bets or combine them in a single express bet. A bet is considered accepted after it is registered on the server and an online confirmation is issued. The bookmaker is not responsible for inaccuracies in the current results of matches on which live bets are accepted.

You can bet on the outcome of the match (first team win, draw, second team win) or double outcome (e.g., X1, 12, X2). There are handicap and total bets on the difference or number of goals/points, with a refund if the outcome is exactly the same. You can bet on the progress of teams in the tournament or on their place in the final table. Asian bets are handicaps and totals with fractional values (0.25, 0.75), and the bet is divided into two parts. The company may add additional betting options.

The bookmaker protects itself against errors in data, changes in team composition, match postponements, and disputed situations. All bets are calculated based on official information, and in doubtful cases, the decision is made by the company.

The option with cash-out allows you to withdraw money from a bet before it is finally settled. The amount may be higher or lower than the original amount. Available only for active, unsettled bets, including pre-match and live bets. It works for single and express bets, but for express bets it applies to the entire bet. The cash-out amount can be seen in the “Bet History”, and after use, the bet is settled instantly. The company may, at its discretion, approve or reject cash-out requests for any events.

All clauses of the Agreement, including the pronouns «we», «us», «our», «company» or «the betting company» shall relate to the betting company with which the client agrees with the following clause one above.

The company may change the terms of the agreement at any time for any reason, and the current version is always available on the website. If the customer does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the website, otherwise continued use will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms.

The company has the right to block transactions or funds if it suspects money laundering or terrorist financing and to inform the relevant authorities.

Keep your login and password confidential and do not disclose them to third parties. Recovery is possible via “Restore password”. You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions taken with it, including actions by third parties. In case of unauthorized access, immediately notify the company and provide evidence if necessary; the company is not responsible for data loss due to your negligence. Adults should prevent minors from accessing the account, for example, through blocking software.

To place bets, your account must have funds. The Company may block your account, cancel bets, or confiscate winnings if fraud or violation of the terms and conditions is suspected. This account is not a bank account. Funds are not insured, and no interest is accrued. Withdrawals are subject to payment verification and identification, with a possible fee and restrictions on large amounts. The Company does not provide financial services. Currency or cryptocurrency exchange is carried out at market rates, for which the Company is not responsible.

You pay for all services and goods on the website, including any taxes and fees, and are fully responsible for timely payment. You confirm that you have the right to use the card and that no laws are violated when paying for services or goods. The payment provider is not responsible for the quality, price, or quantity of services and goods, as well as for the inability to make a payment by card. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you must refuse to pay and, if necessary, contact the website support.

It is not recommended to place bets for several clients from one IP or network, or by prior agreement. In case of violation of the rules, we may close accounts, cancel bets, deposits, bonuses, and demand the return of winnings. The following are prohibited: transferring information to third parties, fraud, using bots, hacking, stolen data, participating in criminal activity or money laundering. If a malfunction of the Website occurs during the betting process, we will endeavor to correct the situation as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any failures of IT devices resulting from the operation of the equipment used.

The company may cancel bets and winnings if they were made due to errors or using incorrectly credited funds. The company is not liable for customer losses, including lost winnings, customer errors, cybercrime, or internet problems. It also does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website and may restrict access to services for technical reasons or other circumstances beyond its control. Any decisions regarding bets and use of the website are made by the customer at their own risk.

The customer undertakes to compensate for any losses and protect the company, its employees, and partners. This applies to cases where the customer violates rules, laws, or the rights of other people. It also applies if someone uses the customer’s account without permission or illegally appropriates winnings. If the customer violates the terms of the agreement, the company may warn them. It may also suspend or block the account. The company has the right to withdraw payments, winnings, and bonuses received illegally.

All materials on the website belong to the company and are protected by copyright. The customer does not acquire any rights to these materials and may not use logos, brands, or promotional materials without permission. The customer is responsible for any illegal actions and must report prohibited activities and assist in investigations.

The company undertakes to protect customers’ personal data and process it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Customers agree to the use of their data for the purposes specified in the agreement or for compliance with the law. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for employees or contractors who need it to provide services. All correspondence is stored for accurate record keeping.

Bonuses can only be used after wagering their amount. Bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements, and some no-deposit bonuses require the first deposit. The company reserves the right to change or delete bonuses and block accounts if they are abused.
